Project Description:
Worcester is the home of 8 centers of higher eduation. As a result, there are many rental properties and a large demand for those rental properties. This project is done from the perspective of a bank who is looking to market mortgages to clients. It finds that it should market mortgages to people in thier 20s as that is highest age group in Worcester with some of the lowest debt. It also concludes that refinancing should be marketed toward owners who are in their 40s to 70s.
